My Hypnosis Journey

There was a time in my life when everything I thought I was fell apart.
For years, I carried the weight of fear, anxiety, and old patterns that seemed impossible to shift. I didn’t just struggle emotionally — my nervous system learned to stay on high alert, and no matter what I tried, the old loops kept repeating. Trauma lived quietly in my nervous system, shaping my relationships, choices, and the way I moved through the world. I always carried too much.
Then something shifted. In the darkest moments, when old pain felt too heavy to carry, I discovered something that changed my life forever: the mind is not only shaped by what we survive — it also holds the doorway to our freedom. If words can be used to hurt/cause harm, why can’t they heal/motivate?

My Own "Cheat" Code

My journey with hypnosis began not as a career, but as a lifeline. At the time, I was living with PTSD and severe panic attacks. Through studying and practicing self-hypnosis, I was able to successfully calm my nervous system, gently retrain my mind, and reconnect with a sense of safety inside myself. Over time this began to ease the grip of repeated emotional pain, and eventually discontinue anxiety medications. That experience revealed how powerful the subconscious mind truly is, and inspired me to continue mastering techniques that support not just survival but well-being and transformation.

My Purpose

This allowed me to regain a sense of stability, clarity, and inner peace. The journey taught me that healing is not about fixing what is broken, it is about remembering what is whole.. More importantly, it also revealed my purpose: to help others who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or trapped in cycles they don’t fully understand find their way back home to themselves.

How Hypnosis works

Hypnosis itself is a natural state of focused awareness — one we enter spontaneously in everyday life when we’re absorbed in a book, drifting between wakefulness and sleep, or “zoning out” while driving.

I offer sessions designed to guide you into a calm, focused state where the body softens and awareness naturally turns inward. In this space, the mind becomes more open and imaginative, allowing the subconscious to receive supportive guidance aligned with your intentions. The process is gentle, safe, and deeply empowering. You remain aware, in control, and fully present throughout the entire session as we work together with your subconscious to support aligned change that unfolds naturally and intentionally.
